Seniority, Employee Benefits and Break in Service. An employee on FMLA/CFRA leave will not lose any seniority or employment benefit that accrued prior to the start of the leave. An employee on leave will not accrue seniority or additional benefits, such as illness and injury leave or similar benefits, during any unpaid leave under FMLA/CFRA. The leave will not constitute a break in service for purposes of longevity and seniority.
