Seniority Layoff - Recall. Where the qualifications, experience and ability of employees are relatively equal, and where the candidate has satisfactory compatibility with the supported individual, to be assessed by the Employer within fourteen (14) days of work in the position, seniority shall be the governing factor in matters of layoff and recall.
