Seniority on Applying for Regular Positions. (a) Temporary and casual employees who have worked 975 hours will be recognized as in-service applicants when applying for regular positions. (b) If the temporary or casual employee is hired into a regular position, their length of service as temporary or casual employee shall be recognized. Their total hours worked will be credited as seniority in accordance with Clause 28.2.

Seniority on Applying for Regular Positions. (a) Temporary and casual employees who have worked 975 twelve hundred (1200) hours at the straight-time rate in a twelve (12) month period, will be recognized as in-service applicants when applying for regular positions.
(b) If A temporary employee who has worked twelve hundred (1200) hours within the temporary or casual employee is hired into twelve (12) month period immediately prior to application for a regular position, their will have his/her length of service as temporary or casual employee shall be recognized. Their total hours worked will be credited as seniority in accordance with Clause 28.2.
