Seniority Reinstatement. Any non-probationary, non-temporary nurse who terminates from employment at the Medical Center and is rehired by the Medical Center to a position covered by this Agreement within a period of one year from the date of termination, (a) will be rehired to a wage at least equivalent to the nurse’s wage prior to termination, (b) will not be required to complete a new probationary period unless re- employed more than six (6) months after termination, in which case the nurse may be placed on probationary status not to exceed 30 days, and (c) will have his/her seniority restored for purposes of this Article.
