Seniority Reinstatement. If re-employment occurs pursuant to 1 above, employees shall retain seniority earned while as a member of the Public Service Bargaining Unit, and shall be credited with seniority earned with a Health Authority for the purposes of layoff and recall and other seniority related provisions.
