Seniority Reinstatement. Any non-probationary, non-temporary nurse who terminates from employment at the Agency or the Medical Center and is rehired by the Agency to a position covered by this Agreement within a period of less than one year from the date of termination will (a) be returned to the nurse’s same wage step and position within the wage step as prior to termination, (b) not be required to complete a new probationary period, (c) have his/her seniority restored exclusively for purposes of this Article, and (d) continue receiving the same employer matching retirement contribution the nurse had been receiving prior to termination.
