Seniority When Leaving the Bargaining Unit. An employee who accepts a position with the Company outside of the Bargaining Unit will be allowed to return to the Bargaining Unit within three months of leaving, without loss of Bargaining Unit seniority, after which period all seniority shall be forfeited.
