Sequencing of Leaves. 11 The use of vacation leave, saved holiday time, compensatory time, and 12 leave without pay is subject to approval by management according to the requirements of 13 Articles 8, 7, 14, and 10, respectively. However, unless otherwise required by law, forms 14 of leave shall be used and exhausted in the following sequences:
