Service Administrator Clause Samples
Service Administrator. A Service Administrator is a person you or a Signing Authority designates, in the manner we have prescribed for this purpose, as eligible to perform non-financial transactions on an Account on behalf of the Applicant such as, but not limited to, redeeming RBC Rewards points if your Card(s) earns RBC Rewards points under the RBC Rewards program. A Service Administrator is not authorized to perform financial transactions on behalf of the Applicant such as opening an Account, asking for additional Cards on an Account or for an Account Credit Limit increase.
Service Administrator. “Service Administrator” means the designated person(s) by Customer to purchase usage of the Service, authorize Users under the Agreement, create accounts for additional Users and otherwise administer Customer's use of System.
Service Administrator. The Administrator of the ATE service can manage all tables in the ATE Database. In particu- lar, the Administrator, using the User Management module (Fig. 7) of the application will be able to: • Manage Users – the Administrator can change all the information related to us- ers. In particular, the Administrator can suspend and/or ban a user; • Manage users profiles – using this action the Administrator can request more in- formation to the End-User during the registration procedure and/or update some profile fields name/attributes; • Create a user – for example, after receiving an explicit request from a CIP Expert in the CIP Inventory Database, the Administrator can use this action to add the expert to the ATE expert pool; • List Users.
Service Administrator. The service benefits are provided by an approved Fury Bodyline Protect service administrator.
Service Administrator. Customer shall designate one or more administrators (each, an “Administrator”) to be responsible for usage of the Services by Customer and its Users. Subject to Dealer360’s revocation, termination and suspension rights, the Administrator shall be the only person(s) authorized by Customer to: (a) grant, modify and revoke access to the Services for Users, and (b) designate the level of access that each User shall have to the Services, as such access levels are established by Dealer360 from time to time. Customer represents, warrants and covenants that the Administrator shall be duly authorized to bind Customer with respect to any change in access to or modification of the Services. Customer acknowledges that it and the Administrator(s) are responsible for:
(i) monitoring and controlling each User’s access to and use of the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the issuance and modification of passwords, and (ii) monitoring for unauthorized access to the Services through the Customer’s access to the Services or through the Customer Systems. Dealer360 shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Users’ access to and use of the Services. Customer shall cooperate with Dealer360 with respect to: (a) investigation by Dealer360 of any suspected or alleged violation of this Agreement and (b) any action by Dealer360 to enforce this Agreement. Dealer360 may (or may ask Customer to) suspend or terminate any User’s access to the Services upon notice to Customer if Dealer360 reasonably determines that such User has violated any of the terms of the Agreement. Customer shall be liable for any violation of this Agreement by any User. Dealer360 may from time to time, at its option, and with prior notice to Customer, change the process through which access may be granted to the Services.
