Service Award for Named Plaintiff. Class Counsel shall move the Court for a Service Award for Xxxxxxx for his service as class representative in this Action, in an amount not to exceed $10,000, to be paid from the Settlement Fund. Court approval of any Service Award will not be a condition of the Settlement. Amuse shall not object to a Service Award that does not exceed $10,000.

Service Award for Named Plaintiff. A. In return for services rendered to the Settlement Class, Named Plaintiff Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and Class Member Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Class Member Xxxxxx Xxxxx – who provided support in this litigation and were willing to be Named Plaintiffs if required – may apply to the Court to receive Service Awards of no more than Ten Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($10,500.00) in total. In exchange for this Service Award, Class Members Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx, by signing this Agreement, agree to release all wage and employment related claims against Defendants associated with him performing work at the facility known as North Hempstead Country Club.
Service Award for Named Plaintiff. As part of his motion seeking final approval of the Settlement at the Fairness Hearing, Plaintiff intends to seek a service award in the amount of $20,000, subject to Court approval. FCA US shall pay the amount awarded by the Court (up to $10,000), and the amount shall be paid at the same time the attorneys’ fees awarded are paid as set forth in Sub-section E above.
