Service Commitment Period. Subject to Section 5.2 and 5.3, Service Orders are non-cancellable during the Commitment Period. As a material inducement for Switch to enter into this Agreement and each Service Order, Customer acknowledges, agrees and covenants that, subject to Section 5.2 and 5.3, (i) Customer is responsible for full payment of the services for the entire Commitment Period regardless of the portion of the services actually consumed; and (ii) termination of the Service Order or this Agreement (other than for breach by Switch) or suspension of services as permitted in this Agreement shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the full MRC for the duration of Commitment Period (subject to any applicable Service Credits).
Service Commitment Period. Subject to Section 3.c., Service Orders are non-cancellable by Customer during the Commitment Period. As a material inducement for Mars to enter into this Agreement and each Service Order, Customer acknowledges, agrees and covenants that (i) Customer is responsible for full payment of the services for the entire Commitment Period regardless of the portion of the services actually consumed; and, (ii) termination of the Service Order or this Agreement (other than for breach by Mars) or suspension of services as permitted in this Agreement will not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the full MRC for the duration of Commitment Period (subject to any applicable Service Credits).
Service Commitment Period. The License granted pursuant to the Agreement constitutes a committed term license. Interconnection Facility Services ordered pursuant to a signed Service Order shall not be cancelable by Customer except in accordance with the terms set forth below.
Service Commitment Period. The Service Commitment Period (“SCP”) is the specified length of time You commit to remaining a Customer of Claro Enterprise Solutions for the Service subscribed to and selected by You and agreed to by the Company. The Service Commitment Period is the period contained in the Service Guides for the Service selected by You and shown on any standard order form, which includes all pertinent billing, technical, and other descriptive information which will enable Claro Enterprise Solutions to provide a communication Service(s) as required.
Service Commitment Period. For Optimized Services, no Service Commitment applies unless it is stated in the Agreement. For non-Optimized Services, a minimum one year Service Commitment applies unless otherwise stated in the Agreement. For all Services, any Service Commitment stated in an Order will take precedence over conflicting information elsewhere in the Agreement.
