Year Service. An employee with one (1) year or more of continuous service will be entitled annually to eleven (11) days’ vacation with pay.

Year Service. All employees with less than one (1) year of service shall accrue vacation pay based on four percent (4%) of their total earnings from the date of hire. Vacation pay accrued will be paid out at the prescribed time set out herein.

After completing twenty years of continuous service an employee may elect to take his Supplementary Special Float- ing Holidays in one, two, three, four or five-week periods, depending on entitlement. In order to do so the employee must advise the Company in writing of his election in advance for each five period. He will be immediately entitled at the start of each five period to the number of days that would normally accrue to his credit during the said five period. If an employee elects to take his Supplementary Special Floating Holidays in full week periods they may be taken in conjunction with the regular vacation to which the employee is entitled provided such regular vacation is not scheduled to be taken during the months of July or August, in which event the Supplementary Holiday shall be taken at a time to be agreed upon by the Company and the employee.

Year Service. Any employee not having completed a full year of prior to April 1st in any year shall be allowed vacation on a pro-rata basis. Posting of Vacation Credits Projected accumulated vacation credits for all employees for whom it can be projected shall be posted by March 1st of each year and will be subject to verification in accordance with vacation credit entitlement determined on the vacation cut-off date, March of each year.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.
