Provided that Customer’s lockers cannot facilitate additional capacity, Customer may also store a maximum of 2 wrapped pallets of wine at the Company’s facility outside Customer’s locker at the Company’s prevailing monthly rate, due at time of reception and automatically renewed on the first day of the subsequent calendar month, and further provided that any additional wrapped pallets beyond 2 shall be charged at twice the Company’s prevailing monthly rate.

Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
