SERVICE EXCELLENCE SUPPLEMENT. Full-time Miami-Dade Aviation Department employees who obtain a Service Excellence Certification will receive one (1) step pay increase biweekly. Personnel that are currently receiving the Aircraft Operating Area Proficiency Allowance (AOA) pay shall not be eligible to receive the Service Excellence supplement. Personnel that receive the Trades Proficiency Allowance shall not be eligible to receive the ServiceExcellence supplement.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE SUPPLEMENT. Full-time Miami-Dade Aviation Department employees who obtain a Service Excellence Certification will receive one (1) step pay increase biweekly. Personnel that are currently receiving the Aircraft Operating Area Proficiency Allowance (AOA) pay shall not be eligible to receive the Service Excellence supplement. Employees of Miami-Dade Aviation Department will only be eligible to receive a maximum adjustment of no more than a three (3) pay step increase. On Call (OC) PAR Code for the Airport Operations Supervisors Airport Operations Supervisors (OCC Code - 5202) assigned to the General Aviation Airports (GAA) will be eligible to post PAR Code On-Call (OC) in order to be compensated when required to return to work on their off hours. This supplement is for the efficiency and effectiveness of the GAA operations and will not be coupled with PAR Code 77 (Job Basis Hours), which is recorded when a job basis employee works in excess of his/her assigned work shift. If an employee who receives this supplement fail to respond to a request to return to work during their off hours the supplemental pay will be suspended for three (3) months for each violation, and they may be subject to appropriate administrative action.   • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.

  • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
