Service of Notices etc. Subject to other provisions of this Deed and the laws as to the service of notice, all notices or demands required to be served hereunder shall be sufficiently served if addressed to the party to whom the notices or demands are given and sent by prepaid post to or left at the Residential Units or the Commercial Units or Carpark's Units or the letter box thereof of which the party to be served is the Owner notwithstanding that such party shall not personally occupy the same PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT where notice is to be given to an Owner who is a mortgagor, such notice may also be served on the mortgagee, if a company, at its registered office or last known place of business in Hong Kong and, if an individual, at his last known address. All notices required to be given to the Manager shall be sufficiently served if sent by prepaid post addressed to or if by hand left at the Manager’s registered office or last known address.
Service of Notices etc. 16.1 Any notice which may be given by CRO under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly given if left at or sent by post to an address notified to CRO in writing by the Customer as an address to which notices may be sent, or the Customer’s usual or last known place of abode or business, or, if the Customer is a company, its registered office. Any communication by post between the parties shall be deemed to have been made to the other party on the day on which such communication ought to have been received in due course of post.
Service of Notices etc. (a) Any notice, letter or other document required to be given hereunder by the Producer to the Performer shall be sufficiently given if handed personally to the Performer or posted by prepaid ordinary post in an envelope addressed to the Performer at the address specified in this Agreement or any change thereof notified in writing to the Producer.

Service of Notices etc by Landlord or Agent In accordance with section 196 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000 as amended by the Recorded Deliveries Service Xxx 0000, if the Landlord or his Agent delivers a notice or document (and retains reasonable evidence of that delivery) required to be served under this Agreement or any Act of Parliament, to the Premises (or the last known address of the Tenant, if different) by hand or sends it by recorded or registered delivery or by first class post, addressed to You then You will be treated as though You have received it.

All notices required to be given to the Manager shall be sufficiently served if sent by prepaid post or delivererd by hand left at the Manager’s registered office or last known address. All notices or demands required to be given to FSI shall be properly served if sent by prepaid post or delivered by hand to the GPA, Government Property Agency, 31st Floor, Revenue Tower, 0 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx or such other person address nominated by FSI in writing.
