Service Usage and Data Storage. Any Fees for designated levels of usage and data storage (each a “Service Allocation”) will be set forth in the applicable CribMaster Order Form, beginning with the Fees payable by Distributor for the levels of usage and data storage in effect as of the Effective Date. CribMaster will notify Distributor in writing if Distributor has reached eighty (80) percent of its then current Service Allocation and Distributor may increase its Service Allocation and corresponding Fee obligations in accordance with this Agreement and Schedule A. If Distributor exceeds its Service Allocation for any relevant period, Distributor shall also pay to CribMaster the applicable excess usage and storage Fees set forth in the applicable CribMaster Order Form. Distributor acknowledges that exceeding its then-current Service Allocation may result in service degradation for Distributor and other CribMaster customers and agrees that (i) CribMaster has no obligation to permit Distributor to exceed its then-current Service Allocation and (ii) no denial of service by CribMaster as a result of Distributor voluntarily or involuntarily exceeding its then-current Service Allocation shall be deemed to be an event of Service Unavailability.
Service Usage and Data Storage. Provider reserves the right to limit the levels of usage and data storage available to Client, and to charge Fees payable by Client based on the levels of usage and data storage enjoyed by Client. Any changes to this Terms of Service to impose such limits and fees shall be implemented only in compliance with the terms of this Terms of Service, including advance notice to Client.

Viasat will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer in writing if Customer has reached eighty (80%) percent of its then current Service Allocation and Customer may increase its Service Allocation and corresponding Fee obligation. If Customer exceeds its Service Allocation by more than five (5%) percent for any relevant period, Customer shall also pay to Viasat the applicable excess usage and storage Fees set forth in the attached exhibits. Customer acknowledges that exceeding its then-current Service Allocation may result in service degradation for Customer and other Viasat customers and agrees that a condition for excess data storage is that the full amount of data storage for Customer may not be greater than 256 GB, and data transfer does not exceed one TB per month. If either of these parameters are exceeded, then Viasat shall have no obligation to permit Customer to exceed its then-current Service Allocation.

The Order sets forth Fees for services and designated levels of usage and data storage (each a "Service Allocation"), beginning with the Fees payable by Customer for the levels of usage and data storage in effect as of the Effective Date. RigNet will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer in writing if Customer has reached eighty (80) percent of its then current Service Allocation and Customer may increase its Service Allocation and corresponding Fee obligation. If Customer exceeds its Service Allocation by more than five (5) percent for any relevant period, Customer shall also pay to RigNet the applicable excess usage and storage Fees set forth in the Order. Customer acknowledges that exceeding its then-current Service Allocation may result in service degradation for Customer and other RigNet customers and agrees that a condition for excess data storage is that the full amount of data storage for Customer may not be greater than 000 XX, and data transfer not exceed 1 TB per month. If either of these parameters are exceeded, then RigNet has no obligation to permit Customer to exceed its then-current Service Allocation.
Service Usage and Data Storage. The Subscription Contract sets forth Fees for designated level of usage, beginning with the Fees payable by Customer for usage in effect as of the Effective Date. Provider will make available Customer’s current level of usage through the Services. If Customer exceeds its levels by more than its approved usage amount for any relevant period, Customer shall also pay to Provider the applicable excess usage Fees set forth in the Subscription Contract. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Provider has no obligation to permit Customer to exceed its then-current level of usage.
Service Usage and Data Storage. Exhibit A sets forth Fees for a designated number of Authorized Users and a specified amount of database storage (each a “Service Allocation”), beginning with the Fees payable by Customer for the number of Authorized Users and database storage in effect as of the date of Go Live. Provider will notify Customer in writing after Customer has reached eighty percent (80%) of its then current Service Allocation for database storage and Customer’s Service Allocation for database storage will automatically be expanded by one (1) terabyte and Customer’s Fees will be adjusted accordingly at the then current annual rate in accordance with Exhibit A. Document storage shall be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of Exhibit A.
