SERVICE VARIATIONS. 12.1 If Customer wishes to make a change, modification or adjustment (including upgrades, downgrades and moves) to any element of any Service, the following procedure will apply:

SERVICE VARIATIONS. Subject to clause 3.2 and 10.2, any variations to the Services or any provisions of this Agreement must be agreed by both Parties and shall be recorded in writing and signed by both Parties.

SERVICE VARIATIONS. (a) If you request amended or additional Services (Variation), we have discretion as to whether we perform this work and whether an adjustment to the Fee may be required in respect of the same.
SERVICE VARIATIONS. Any service variations must be agreed in writing and signed by TfNSW’s authorised delegate before they are effective. Payment for additional hours or Contract Vehicles required as a result of an agreed variation to the Service, will be calculated at the rates agreed by the parties for the variation.
