Service Work Plan. For all Tenured Professors, the respective Xxxx or supervising administrator will, in collaboration with the professor, develop a Service Work Plan for the following academic year on or before June 15. This Service Work Plan will be forwarded to the appropriate Vice President for review and final approval. This service work plan will describe the nature and scope of instructional and service activities for the professor for the following academic year. By May 15th of each year the College will provide the Federation with a list of committees to be filled by professors as part of their annual Service Work Plans. By June 15th of each year, all probationary, temporary, and tenured professors will submit a proposed Service Work Plan for the next academic year to their respective xxxx or supervising administrator. All Service Work Plans as submitted by professors or modified by the College will be finalized be Friday of the first week of classes of fall quarter. The College may reserve space on professors’ Service Work Plans for yet-to-be- determined probationary review committees, screening committees, or other service activities as needed. Changes to a professor’s annual Service Work Plan after Friday of the first week of classes of fall quarter may occur upon written mutual agreement between the professor and the College.

Each Service Work Plan shall be based on the available periods of time during which there will be no operation of traffic and trains on the relevant tracks. ISR shall make reasonable efforts to coordinate the Services with Supplier and/or to enable Supplier to provide the Services contiguity. Notwithstanding the above, Supplier understands and agrees that: (i) ISR is under no obligation whatsoever to the contiguity (whether in time or in location) of the Track Sections; (ii) ISR may suspend any Services Order and/or continuity of the Services in general and of any assignment in particular due to operational reasons; (iii) Scheduled Track Time may be changed, due to operational reasons; and (iv) ISR may require Supplier to provide the Grinding/Milling Services not during Business Days and outside the scope of ISR's regular working hours. Accordingly, Supplier shall not be entitled to claim any direct or indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, etc. if the above shall occur.
