SERVICES INTRODUCTION. Part 1 (Introduction) of this Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) and the Specification sets out the Services that the Supplier will make available to Contracting Bodies pursuant to the Framework Agreement. The Supplier will provide agency nurses and social care workers. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the descriptions below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of services that are available. They are provided to give an indication of the type of services available in the Lot: LOT DESCRIPTION One Neutral Vendor The Services are for the management of supply from high quality Employment Businesses of fully vetted agency nursing and social care workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts by Contracting Bodies. The awarded supplier(s) will be responsible for the compliance of the Employment Businesses used with regards to all the relevant terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and with all legislative and regulatory requirements. Awarded Suppliers will NOT be eligible to supply agency nurses and social care workers registered with themselves as an Employment Business. This form of managed service is usually known in the industry as a “neutral vendor For the Contracting Body receiving the Services, the provision shall be seamless. The Contracting Body shall contract only with the awarded Supplier and not with the Employment Businesses directly. The Services that the Supplier will be required to supply for this Lot are set out in Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Sub-Schedule 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) Two General The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, dental nurses and clinical support workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts by Contracting Bodies within a general hospital setting. The Services that the Supplier will be required to supply for this Lot are set out in Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Sub-Schedule 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) LOT DESCRIPTION Three Mental Health The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, mental health practitioners and clinical support workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts by Contracting Bodies within a mental health hospital or community mental health services settings. SERVICES INTRODUCTION. The parties agree to work together in an --------------------- expeditious and transparent manner to launch or transition Users to CP's e- mail messaging system through which CP provides the Services ("CP System"). U S WEST shall provide to CP information and materials, such as the domain name, e-mail addresses and passwords, ("User Information") necessary for CP perform the set-up and other initial services ("CP Transition Services") to launch or transition the Users' to the CP System. Upon completion of the CP Transition Services, U S WEST shall perform any necessary changes to the U S WEST Service ("U S WEST Transition Services") before Users will have access to the Services.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Content and Services Neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network is the provider of any financial services available through or related to the Software, and neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network or any contractor of the provider of the financial services available through or related to the Software, is responsible for any of the materials, information, products or services made available to you via the Software.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.1.1, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions: (a) If you purchased a Subscription based license for the Software, which generally means that you will be paying for your use of the Software and Services on a monthly or annual basis, you shall receive as part of your active Subscription, so long as Intuit is receiving the applicable payment from you: (i) access to the features of the Software subscribed to by you; (ii) Updates and Enhancements; (iii) Version Protection, each defined in Section B.1.2 below; and (iv) additional products, services and/or discounts when and if they should be made available to you. If you have purchased a subscription that includes Support you will also be entitled to receive Support Services as defined below. Software licenses obtained through a subscription are eligible for Enhancements during the active subscription period only. The Subscription is cancellable by you in accordance with this Agreement, but you will not be entitled to any refunds if you cancel after the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee period, as defined in Section B.6. If you cancel your Subscription or if we do not receive the payment for your Subscription, or if the Subscription is in any way terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, you will no longer have access to the Software and all related Services defined above upon the expiration of the current Subscription term, but you will retain access to your company data file stored on your device, which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks format upon reactivation of your Subscription or with the purchase of a license on the Software. (b) If you purchased your license to the Software under a one-time, upfront payment at retail or directly from Intuit and not under a Subscription, you shall receive: (i) a license to the specific version of the Software product you have selected that, subject to the license grant and restrictions in Section A.1.1, allows you access to the features of the Software; and (ii) Updates and Enhancements to the Software in accordance with the terms of the Termination provisions. Intuit's obligations under this Section B.1.1 are contingent upon you installing all updates and error corrections within thirty (30) days of being notified of their availability by Intuit (or its Representatives). QuickBooks 2015 Software purchased on a separate standalone basis are eligible for enhancements on a when-and-if available basis through May 31, 2018, which is the current support period for QuickBooks 2015.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
