SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT. 4.0.1 The Department shall issue a formal Notice to Proceed authorizing the Vendor to begin services on a specific date. The Vendor shall not begin services until it has received the written Notice to Proceed from the Department and/or the Department’s Project Manager (or designee).
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT. Subject to the further terms of this agreement, the Department shall provide traffic control and direction at certain specified locations and during specified times at locations shown on the attached location list from , 20 through , 20 between the hours of approximately a.m. and p.m. of each day provided, however, that such services shall be furnished in the sole and absolute discretion of the Department regarding the activities of the Company and without limitation of its general police obligation to protect and to preserve the general welfare of the Town of Olive.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT. Subject to the further terms of this agreement, the Department shall provide traffic control and direction at certain specified locations and during specified times in the vicinity of Plattekill Avenue, Lookout Avenue and South Oakwood Terrace in the Village and Town of New Paltz as shall be reasonably required by the activities of the Company on Monday, July 28, 2014 between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 Midnight provided, however, that such services shall be furnished in the sole and absolute discretion of the Department regarding the activities of the Company and without limitation of its general police obligation to protect and to preserve the general welfare of the New Paltz Community.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT. The Department shall furnish one (1) or more uniformed officer for purposes of providing safety and security at each of the school district events set for the on the attached “Schedule A”, the precise “start time” and location at which such detail is to be present to be coordinated between the Department and the School District throughout the term of this agreement.

The Town realizes dates and times may shift due the Company’s ongoing schedule and weather. The Town will be as flexible as possible in accommodating the Company but cannot guarantee staffing if the Town is not given one week prior notice of to a change in the above schedule.
