PERSONNEL, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. The Rescue Squad shall provide the necessary personnel, vehicles, and equipment and shall be entitled to enter into "Mutual Aid" agreements with other emergency services as deemed necessary by the Rescue Squad.

PERSONNEL, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. The Department will provide at least two (2) qualified police personnel and equipment necessary to provide such service which, at all times, shall be under the exclusive authority, direction and control of the Department. The Department may provide such additional personnel as may be reasonably required by the Company or Department in the course of and at the locations to be utilized in the course of production.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article.
