Seven Weeks Vacation. Employees with thirty (30) or more years continuous service shall receive seven (7) weeks vacation with pay based upon fifteen per cent (15%) of earnings or two hundred and eighty (280) hours at the hourly rate of the Employee's regular job, whichever is greater.
