Digital Banking Services definition

Digital Banking Services means the products and services offered by SBIC through its website and mobile banking services, including the XXXX SBI CANADA mobile app or any other mobile apps or platforms and any additional digital or mobile services.
Digital Banking Services refer to any electronic, internet or mobile banking services, products and facilities, including the digital platforms, websites, mobile applications and software applications, offered or made available by the Bank to the Client and/or its Authorized User(s) from time to time and (where deemed necessary by the Bank) applied to or gained access to by the Client and/ or Authorized User(s) via an Application Form, and shall include (without limitation) the Internet Banking Service, but shall not include any Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) or telephone banking services. 二、「電子文件」:指本行或客戶經由網路連線傳遞之文字、聲音、圖片、影像、符號或其他資料,以電子或其他以人之知覺無法直接認識之方式,所製成足以表示其用意之紀錄,而供電子處理之用者。
Digital Banking Services or “Services” means all internet and mobile banking services provided by the Bank whereby the Subscriber can view and operate any Account, loans, cards, investments and insurance or any other banking products through computer terminals and Devices;

  • In addition, the Agents and the Lenders may disclose the existence of this Agreement and publicly available information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry, and service providers to the Agents and the Lenders in connection with the administration and management of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the Commitments, and the Credit Extensions.

  • Certain Digital Banking Services may involve issuing a paper check to the payee.

  • Digital Banking Applications are any programs or software provided by WTB for customer/end-user use in order to access account information and/or Digital Banking Services through various channels.

  • Although HSFCU may not charge you for using the Digital Banking Services, you will be subject to any fees and charges otherwise applicable to your account (see, e.g., the consumer fee schedule and overdraft disclosure).


More Definitions of Digital Banking Services

Digital Banking Services means the services provided, from time to time, by the Bank to the Account Holder and the Digital Banking User for the carrying out of financial and/or banking and other transactions and/or Instructions through the computer and/or by any other equipment required through the internet and/or the Mobile App and/or other equipment through which access is given to services as they shall be specified by the Bank from time to time. These services may include, inter-alia and without prejudice to the generality of this paragraph, the transfer of money to and from an account, the payment of bills, instructions for the issuance of a chequebook, instructions for standing orders or for the issuance of account statements, the filing of banking orders, inquiries regarding cards, instructions to stop the payment of cheques, inquiries regarding hire-purchase contracts, information regarding services and/or facilities provided by the Bank.
Digital Banking Services or “Services” means all information, materials or audio and/or visual works (“Content”), communications, features, products and services (including Bank Partner Services and Non-Bank Partner Services) offered, made, obtained or otherwise provided or used through the TBT Platform. Such Services may include without limitation the ability to: (a) create, enter, and change credentials to access and manage your TBT Bank Account(s) through the TBT Platform; (b) transfer funds between certain bank accounts; (c) make bill payments through myPay and schedule other payments to certain bank accounts; (d) obtain account balance and other account information for various TBT Bank Accounts or other third-party bank accounts that you have; (e) obtain and download transaction information on your TBT Accounts; (f) open certain consumer accounts online; (g) apply for a loan online; (h) view online statements and tax forms; (i) view online check images; (j) order statement or check copies; (k) re-order checks for checking accounts established at the Bank; and/or (l) use other Bank or third-party products and services. Additional information about such Services may, as we solely deem is appropriate, be provided at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/disclosures. Our Services also include: (m) our communications with you about the Services and the TBT Platform provided to you; and (n) any other services or applications that we may choose, in our sole discretion, to provide you access with through the TBT Platform, such as any communication tools like email, blogs, and social media platforms, related features and functionalities, user interfaces and software. Some features, information, types of transactions or other parts of the Services may not be available for all of your Bank accounts or when accessing the Services via a mobile device. For some of your accounts, you may be able to connect from the TBT Platform to another bank website relating to such accounts where you may be able to access features, information, transactions or other services pertaining to those accounts that you cannot access directly on the TBT Platform. Subject to this Agreement, you may use the Services 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, except for any scheduled or unscheduled interruptions in the Services for maintenance, security or any other necessary business operations reasons. When this occurs, an error message will be displayed when you sign on to use the Services.
Digital Banking Services. Digital Banking”, or the “Services” means all services offered under this Agreement, including but not limited to: Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, P2P, Pay by Card, Card Swap, iPay, and all other services offered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Digital Banking Services

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
