SHIFT AND WEEKEND DIFFERENTIALS. (a) Employees shall receive a shift differential of sixty cents ($0.60) per hour effective July 9, 1991, if they work at least two (2) hours of an assigned shift which contains at least two (2) hours between 6 pm and midnight.
