Shift Bidding. 10.1 Senior qualified Employees shall be given shift assignment preference after 18 months of continuous full- time employment. 10.2 During the academic year for Independent School District 196, School Resource Officers (SROs) shall be scheduled independently from the patrol schedule. 10.3 Canine Handlers shall be scheduled independent from the patrol bid process and shall not be subject to Article 10.1 or Article 11.
