Shipping and Handling Services. Any items picked- up and/or delivered by the Company (“Moves”) will be billable to the Customer based on location, billed per Piece (as defined below) at the Company’s prevailing rates or the amount the Company is billed if the Company outsources such Move (rates available upon request). A “Piece” is defined as any single package which contains up to (and including) nine (9) liters of liquid. All Pieces picked up by the Customer or any agents of the Customer shall be marked by the Company with a sticker or marker indicating the Customer’s last name or client ID number. The Company may also mark boxes with stickers or numbers if deemed necessary by the Company. The Customer must provide a minimum advance notice of three full business days for any pick-up or delivery request. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, “last-minute” requests may be honored at the Company’s sole discretion. Such requests will be assessed an additional fee to be determined by the Company. In addition to standard outbound inventory service & material costs, a processing fee of $10 per label will be applied for all outbound small parcel shipping requests. This fee includes importation of bulk shipping files, label creation and application, and adherence to alcohol shipping/packing requirements (as directed by Customer).

The first move of up to two Pieces Moved in a calendar month, to or from a single location in Manhattan (below 181st Street), will be free of charge. A “Piece” is defined as any single package which contains up to (and including) nine (9) liters of liquid. All Pieces picked up by the Customer or any agents of the Customer shall be marked by the Company with a sticker or marker indicating the Customer’s last name or client ID number. The Company may also mark boxes with stickers or numbers if deemed necessary by the Company. The Customer must provide a minimum advance notice of three full business days for any pick-up or delivery request (requests of more than 600 bottles may require 10 or more business days’ notice), and the Company will accommodate weather, road conditions, or any other unforeseen delivery delays permitting. Requests made by the Customer with less than required notice, “last- minute” requests, may be honored at the Company’s sole discretion. Such requests will be assessed an additional fee to be determined by the Company.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling. If the Customer requests expedited delivery, Customer will be responsible for any charges for expedited delivery.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY It will always be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to manage data transfer and to secure all data appropriately during the project to prevent unauthorized access to all data, products, and deliverables.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

If you wish, we will willingly provide you with referrals to other mental health professionals for a second opinion, as you always have the right to choose to continue to receive counseling services from us or to ask to be referred to someone else. Following the assessment period, which is typically one to two sessions, one 50-minute session will be scheduled per week.
