Common use of Short-Term/Part-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Short-Term/Part-Time Employees. The Employer may continue to utilize the services of short-term and part-time employees to perform bargaining unit work in accordance with past practices and applicable law. Such utilization shall not cause any layoffs of the bargaining unit employees.

Short-Term/Part-Time Employees. The Employer may continue to utilize the services of short-term and part-time employees to perform bargaining unit work so long as such does not result in accordance with past practices and applicable law.
