Council Negotiating Team. Up to two (2) Members designated as being on the Council negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay. If a designated Council negotiating team member is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he/she will not be compensated for attending the session.

Council Negotiating Team. Both the City and Council shall endeavor to schedule negotiations at a time which will not interfere with the work schedule of any of the members of the negotiating team. When a negotiation session is scheduled, however, the Council shall inform the City which members of its negotiation team it wants to attend the session. Should a meeting time be required and agreed upon by both sides, and occur when a negotiating team member is scheduled to work, then one (1) member of the negotiating team shall be excused from regular duty without loss of pay for the length of time of the negotiating session. If a Council negotiating team member is in a regular off‐duty status or off‐hours status that member shall not be compensated for attending the negotiation session.

  • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • Negotiating Team ‌ The Association shall be allowed the following maximum number of paid employees from each facility as a member of the Negotiating Team with the Agency assuming no overtime obligations as a result of employees’ attendance at such meetings:  SACU: one (1) per house and one (1) Outreach Nurse  Xxxxxxxxx Cottage: one (1) At the discretion of the Association, a reasonable number of unpaid employees may attend negotiation sessions as observers.   • Negotiating Teams The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements.   • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department.
