SHORT UNION LEAVE (PAID. The Employer shall grant up to four (4) paid shifts per contract year per facility for employees to engage in public advocacy for quality long-‐term care, as agreed between the Employer and the Union. The Employer shall make a good faith effort to maximize the number of employees released on unpaid leave to attend one of the main days designated as public advocacy days by the Union.
