Common use of Sick Days Pay Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Sick Days Pay Adjustment. Should a bargaining unit member's employment with the Okemos Public Schools be severed prior to the completion of his/her individual contract, the bargaining unit member shall reimburse the Board for the monetary value of any sick leave used in excess of his/her sick leave accumulation. Said reimbursement shall be deducted on a prorata basis, where appropriate, from the bargaining unit member's final paycheck.
