Common use of Sick Leave and Disability Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Disability. 3.1 During the Employment Term, in the event that Executive shall, by reason of illness or other physical or mental disability, be unable to perform her duties herein for a period of up to one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days, said disability shall be deemed for purposes of this Agreement to be temporary and Executive shall continue to receive all compensation payable pursuant to Section 2.
