SICK LEAVE BALANCE REINSTATEMENT. When an employee is laid off pursuant to this article, and subsequently rehired from a reemployment list within the time period specified in Section 17.12, the Court shall reinstate the employee's sick leave balance recorded on the date of the layoff.
