Sick Leave Benefit. A 24 hour employee who uses no more than 72 hours, or a 12 hour employee who uses no more than 36 hours, or a Day Shift employee who uses no more than 30 hours of sick leave during any one (1) calendar year (January through December) shall be allowed one of the following options:
