Common use of SICK LEAVE CREDIT AT RETIREMENT Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE CREDIT AT RETIREMENT. County employees who are members of the Alameda County Employees’ Retirement Association and who retire shall be credited for fifty percent (50%) of their unused paid sick leave accumulated as of the date of their retirement, up to a maximum credit of sixty-five (65) days.
