Common use of Sick Leave Credit Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credit Entitlement. A full-time employee is entitled to a sick leave credit plan according to the following schedule: (a) one (1) day per month for each unbroken month of service while an employee of the Corporation, or; (b) where a full-time employee is absent from employment for a period in excess of nine (9) working days in a calendar month, the sick leave credit referred to in subsection (a) shall be allowed as follows:
