Common use of SICK LEAVE DISALLOWED Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE DISALLOWED. Sick Leave With Pay will not be allowed under the following conditions: A. If an Employee, when under medical care, fails to comply with the orders of the attending physician; B. If the opinion of the examining physician retained under the Township’s authorization discloses the Employee's illness is willfully self-imposed. C. If the opinion of the examining physician retained under Township authorization discloses the illness is not of sufficient severity to justify the Employee's absence from duty. X. Xx the Employee is unable to perform his duties because of illness, accident or other health causes resulting from employment other than with the Township.
