SICK LEAVE DISALLOWED. Sick Leave with pay will not be allowed under the following conditions: A. If an Employee, when under medical care, fails to comply with the orders of the attending physician; B. If in the opinion of an examining physician retained under Township authorization discloses the Employee's illness is willfully self-imposed;
