Sick Leave Donation Program. a. Purpose This program provides an opportunity for teachers to donate days to other teachers in certain situations where a teacher has experienced a catastrophic illness or catastrophic injury with special, extenuating circumstances that results in not being eligible for or exhausting all other benefits.
