Sick Leave - Full-Time Employees. 16.01 All full-time employees covered by this agreement shall be eligible for a sick leave credit of eight (8) hours for each one hundred and sixty (160) hours worked. Xxxx leave credits are granted for the sole purpose of protecting an employee against loss of income due to illness or accident and are granted subject to the conditions set out in this article. Sick leave shall be cumulative to a ceiling of three hundred and sixty (360) hours.
