Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. Provisions Relating to Dividend Disbursing Agency A. Service Company will, at the expense of Fund, provide a special form of check containing the imprint of any device or other matter desired by Fund. Said checks must, however, be of a form and size convenient for use by Service Company.
B. If Fund wants to include additional printed matter, financial statements, etc., with the dividend checks, the same will be furnished to Service Company within a reasonable time prior to the date of mailing of the dividend checks, at the expense of Fund.
C. If Fund wants its distributions mailed in any special form of envelopes, sufficient supply of the same will be furnished to Service Company but the size and form of said envelopes will be subject to the approval of Service Company. If stamped envelopes are used, they must be furnished by Fund; or, if postage stamps are to be affixed to the envelopes, the stamps or the cash necessary for such stamps must be furnished by Fund.
D. Service Company will maintain one or more deposit accounts as Agent for Fund, into which the funds for payment of dividends, distributions, redemptions or other disbursements provided for hereunder will be deposited, and against which checks will be drawn.
Are There Penalties for Early Distribution from a Xxxx XXX As indicated above, earnings on your contributions, as well as amounts contributed to a Xxxx XXX as a rollover from a Traditional IRA, that are distributed before certain events are subject to various taxes. CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops 2.1.10.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process for unbundled Loops may be used by Lightyear when converting an existing unbundled Loop from another CLEC for the same end user. The Loop type being converted must be included in Lightyear’s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion.
2.1.10.2 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the Loop being converted must be the same Loop type with no requested changes to the Loop, must serve the same end user location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision.
2.1.10.3 The Loops converted to Lightyear pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific Loop type. Retiree Benefits – Process for Payment Any bargaining unit nurse who retires and wishes to participate in the benefit plans as outlined in article 17.01(h) will provide advance payment of the benefits either through post-dated cheques provided on a yearly basis or through a preauthorized withdrawal process. It is understood that any transaction would be dated the first of each and every month. The Employer will notify the Union of the benefit costs to retired nurses in January of each year, and each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the Employer.
