Common use of Sick Leave Section 1 Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Section 1. Each full-time member of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to sick leave of 3.1 hours for each completed eighty (80) hours of service. All employees affected by this memorandum shall earn sick leave at a rate of 3.1 hours per each completed two-week pay period at 84 hours in active pay status.

Sick Leave Section 1. Each full‌ Full-time member of the bargaining unit members shall be entitled to earn sick leave with pay at a rate of 3.1 .05 hours for each completed eighty (80) hours of serviceper hour paid, excluding overtime accrued in an unlimited amount. All employees affected by this memorandum Part-time bargaining unit members shall earn accrue sick leave at a rate of 3.1 .050 hours per each completed two-week pay period at 84 hours in active pay statushour paid, excluding overtime, up to a 40 hour maximum. Qualified employees shall be eligible for use of earned sick leave after ninety (90) days of employment with the Employer. Section 2. Employees are eligible to use sick leave for the following reasons: a) Personal illness or physical disability.
