Sideline Behavior. CRSA has an expectation that all parents will conduct themselves appropriately while on the sideline I Will Not:  Encourage or employ verbal or physical abuse in the game.  Ridicule or yell at any player for making a mistake.  Question a coach’s or referee’s judgment, honesty, or authority  Coach from the sideline. Consequences for Violation of Sideline Rules  First offense: Verbal warning.  Second offense: Continued inappropriate behavior will result in a private phone call from XXXX's Director of Coaching Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx. During this conversation, Xxxx will clearly define consequences of continued offenses.  Additional Offense- as outlined in DOC discussion with possibility of specific game ban or termination of club membership CRSA wants our members to continue feeling proud of the club in every possible aspect and will do what’s necessary to ensure it. By signing this contract, I give my word that I will follow these simple rules. If I fail to follow these rules, I understand that there will be consequences. Sideline Behavior. Coaches and Board Members are responsible for controlling coaches and players and conduct of parents on the sidelines and they have the authority to dismiss unruly parents/spectators on behalf of GCYF. Referees are allowed to penalize the head coach because of unruly behavior of other coaches, and or parents. This can even result in a coach missing a future game because of incidents on the sidelines.

  • Behavior 1. Students must respect each other.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR 3.1 The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not promote the Employer’s business, employee well being, or productivity.   • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If you so notify us, or we otherwise suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe. Your failure to cooperate or to use such measures will result in your liability for all fraudulent usage or abusive activity associated with your Equipment (as defined below).
