SIGN-UPS. 1. A majority of any group of shift workers may elect to sign-up on a seniority basis to establish the choice of shifts, location and days off. Periods of the sign-up shall be 51 weeks or 24 weeks or more frequently by mutual agreement, provided that the period shall be a multiple of 3 weeks.
