Signed Dues Deduction Authorization. Current Union members and those who choose to join the Union Group and pay monthly dues via a signed payroll deduction authorization will have their dues deducted once each month from their pay by the Employer. The Employer shall continue to deduct and remit union dues and fees to the Union until such time as the Union notifies the Employer that the payroll deduction authorization has been properly terminated in compliance with the terms and conditions of the authorization for payroll deduction executed by the employee. The Employer is not a party to the authorization for payroll deduction as that is between the employee and the Union.
