SIP Session. SIP Trunking Services are provided to you in units known as sessions. Each SIP Session is the IP equivalent of a PRI voice channel and represents a virtual connection between your phone system and the PSTN. Rogers’ SIP Trunking Services allow you to purchase the number of SIP Sessions you require to meet your voice calling needs. You may decrease or increase the number of SIP Sessions that you purchase from Rogers over the course of the Initial Service Term for SIP Trunking Services, but a decrease below any Minimum Commitment for SIP Sessions set out in the Agreement may result in Termination Fees.

The Services allow you to purchase the number of lines you require to meet your voice calling needs. The number of lines purchased determines the amount of IP bandwidth required to support the Services.

Each SIP Session is the IP equivalent of a PRI voice channel, and represents a unique but virtual connection between the Customer’s location and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), transported over an IP circuit. Rogers’ SIP Services allow the Customer to purchase the number of SIP Sessions they require to meet their voice calling needs. The number of SIP Sessions purchased determines the amount of IP bandwidth required to support the SIP Services. The Customer may decrease or increase the number of SIP Sessions that the y purchase from Rogers over the course of the Service Term for SIP Services, but a decrease below any minimum number of SIP Sessions set out in the Agreement may result in an early termination charge, and an increase in the number of SIP Sessions may require that the Customer purchase additional IP bandwidth.

  • Extra Trips All trips other than regular runs or supplemental runs shall be awarded to drivers according to the following procedures: 9.7.1 All extra trips shall be assigned in compliance with the following section of this Agreement; provided, however, that no driver shall be eligible to work more than forty (40) hours in any workweek, exclusive of hours worked on Saturday or Sunday, when another eligible driver is available and would not be put into overtime. 9.7.2 Assignment of extra trips shall be made on the basis of a “Trip Board.” The most senior driver who signs up for the extra trip shall be awarded the trip. No driver may give up any extra trip or supplemental run or regular run previously awarded in order to take an extra trip, if Section 9.7.1 above would be violated. There shall be no pre-empting of regular runs by drivers who wish to take extra trips. 9.7.3 Trips are to be dated as they are received by the Transportation Office. All extra trips shall be awarded to the most senior appropriate driver signing the “Trip Board.” If the extra trip is posted before a driver’s regular run clock-out time, the driver has until the driver’s next regular run clock-in time to reply. If there is no reply, the dispatcher shall assign the extra trip to the next senior driver on the sign-up sheet. 9.7.4 Drivers shall not be eligible for extra trips during periods of absence due to illness. Drivers absent for personal illness on the last working day before a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday trip shall not be eligible to drive such trip and will lose his/her turn on the list until the process begins anew. Drivers absent for other reasons will be able to drive such trips provided they contact the Transportation Office by 3:30 p.m. on the last working day prior to the scheduled trip to verify their availability and confirm the start time of the trip. 9.7.5 The dispatch book shall be made available for driver viewing by the Transportation Office.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Sick Leave Verification Process a. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee receives confirmation of employment in the school district. b. An employee must initiate the sick leave verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of commencing employment with the new school district. c. The previous school district(s) shall make every reasonable effort to retrieve and verify the sick leave credits which the employee seeks to port.

  • Scheduled RDOs on Designated Long Weekends It is recognised that there is merit in programming no work on the RDOs adjacent to public holiday weekends during the working year. This will allow Employees to have quality paid family leisure time.

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year. The Annual Conference will make reasonable efforts to assist the Local Church in completing the required petition, which will include this Disaffiliation Agreement as an attachment thereto making it subject to public review. If the petition is not filed in a timely manner, the Parties will make good faith efforts under the standing rules of the Annual Conference to cooperate to bring the petition to the legislative floor for consideration by appropriate motions to suspend the standing rules for the purposes of considering the petition.
