Site Access Plan. (a) At least five (5) days prior to commencement of construction, the Contractor shall submit a Site Access Plan for approval by the Contract Administrator to facilitate installation of riverbank stabilization works (rockfill columns and riprap). The Site Access Plan shall be sufficient to satisfy the Contract Administrator that the proposed access ramps and working platform will be in accordance with this Specification and will not adversely impact riverbank stability for the duration of the project. Approval of the Site Access Plan shall not diminish the Contractor’s responsibility for development and maintenance of site access.
