Common use of Site Allowance Clause in Contracts

Site Allowance. A flat site allowance, for each hour worked, shall be paid to each employee on the Project bound by this Agreement in recognition of all disabilities associated with work to be performed on construction activities including but not limited to heat, cold, high winds, height, dust, dirty work, confined spaces and extreme of terrain. On commencement of Agreement - $4.00 per hour From 1st pay period after 1 May 2009 - $4.20 per hour

Site Allowance. A flat site allowance, allowance of $2.37 per hour for each hour worked, worked shall be paid to each employee on the Project bound by this Agreement in recognition of all the disabilities associated with work to be performed on construction activities in the Project Site including but not limited to heat, cold, high winds, height, dust, dirty work, confined spaces work and extreme extremes of terrain. On commencement of Agreement - $4.00 per hour From 1st pay period after 1 May 2009 - $4.20 per hour.
