Small Necessities Leave Act. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to abridge any right conferred on any member of the bargaining unit or on either of the parties hereto by the Small Necessities Leave Act (Chapter 149, §52D of the General Laws) as the same may be amended from time to time.
