Common use of Small Necessities Leave Act Clause in Contracts

Small Necessities Leave Act. The Shore Educational Collaborative will adhere to the Small Necessities Leave Act. Employees will be required to use their existing leave time. In the event that an employee has exhausted their yearly-accrued leave time they may be granted additional leave under this act without pay. Employees will adhere to all of the policies and procedures of this Act as defined by the law and the Shore Educational Collaborative.
