Social Security Coverage. Employees who are not eligible for enrollment in the Public Employees' Retirement System and who, in accordance with the federal Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, are required to be covered by Social Security or an alternate system shall be enrolled in the Public Agency Retirement System (PARS). The City shall contribute 3.75% of covered earnings into the employee's PARS account.

Social Security Coverage. All personnel shall contribute to Social Security.
Social Security Coverage. The Employee is seconded to the United States. In consequence, provided a certificate of coverage is obtained, he will remain subject to the French social security regime and will pay the related social security contributions, in line with article L. 761-2 of the Social Security Code, as well as unemployment, complementary retirement and death insurance contributions. The Company will apply for a certificate of coverage allowing the Employee to remain subject to the French social security regime during his assignment to the United States. The Employee and his family will be affiliated to the complementary health, temporary invalidity, invalidity and repatriation coverage provided by Malakoff and BUPA. The associated costs will be borne by the Company.
